Manufacturer’s Warranty Disclaimer

The use of aftermarket products may void your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you do so at your sole discretion. Upscale Automotive, Inc. and SprinterStore.com will not be held liable if the manufacturer determines that your warranty is void due to the use of aftermarket parts.

Warranty Returns

All product warranties are handled directly through the respective manufacturers. Warranty terms vary by product, and coverage is limited to the replacement of defective items. Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
  • Labor costs or any consequential damages.
  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse.

Before returning a product under warranty, you must contact us at (503) 427-2270 to obtain approval. Warranty returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued if a customer declines a replacement product.

Expedited Warranty Processing Through SprinterStore.com

If you choose to have your warranty handled directly by SprinterStore.com for faster replacement, you must first purchase the replacement product. Once we receive the warrantied item, we will process a refund for the original product, deducting a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee.
